Artist and educator

I am a dedicated watercolor artist with a passion for capturing my local community and its landmarks. As a signature member of the National Watercolor Society, my work reflects a deep commitment to the watercolor medium and its expressive possibilities. I studied Fine Art at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where I developed both my technical skills and artistic voice.

My paintings combine detailed observation with elements of abstraction, creating compositions that are both familiar and interpretive. Inspired by the character and atmosphere of the area I call home, I paint local scenes because I love documenting the world around me and preserving the beauty found in everyday places.
